In middle school, my sister had a friend who was a DJ. He was talented, but he kept cutting the music to talk, and it drove me crazy. I remember thinking I could do better than that, and the thought never really left. I couldn't afford equipment, so I found a website running monthly contests for DJ gear and entered every single month. Nothing came of it until the day I got a phone call: their system had glitched, and someone wanted to tell me directly that I'd won a full setup. My dad called back himself to make sure it wasn't a scam. It wasn't. A few weeks later, a package showed up, and that was the start.

Once I got going, the technical side of DJing stopped being enough. I became obsessed with understanding how music shapes a moment: knowing when to turn things up and when to pull back, making sure everything moves the way it should. That's what led me to start Continuum DJs in January 2023. Most people don't think of a DJ company as something that solves a real problem, but that's exactly what we set out to do. People need reasons to come together and celebrate, and we provide the soundtrack for it.

Most weddings on our calendar, I'm the one behind the booth. For the few I can't personally take, you're still in good hands. It's a small, trusted circle I've worked alongside for years, people I chose because they hold themselves to the same standard I do.
